Boys dance tricksters

Boys’ dance tricksters is a fast-paced and physical dance class that combines the joy of dance, trickery and rhythm games. The class introduces dance moves in a fun and energetic way – sometimes you break, sometimes you balance and do various exercises that develop body control. The most important thing is the joy of movement and a bold commitment.

The class includes rhythm exercises, agility and body awareness through safely guided activities. The training takes place in a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere, where everyone can shine in their own way.

Equipment: Dance costume or shorts and a tight-fitting t-shirt. Bare feet.

The class is aimed especially at boys, but boys are also warmly welcome to all other classes!
